I started off as an agency tech recruiter, and now I've launched my own Neurodiversity consulting business. In between I've done internal recruitment, community engagement and recruitment marketing. The thing I love most about working in tech is the people, everyone I've met is so interesting and with their own story and journey. People are always willing to help out, make introductions, show you how to do something new.

I fell into tech but one of the main reasons I will probably always stay here is because I have a chronic illness and I'm also Autistic and ADHD. The flexibility of our industry and the open-mindedness of the people in tech has been crucial in balancing my health and my career.
