I'm Kellie Kwarteng, a wife, mom of two, and tech industry veteran of nearly 20 years. These days, I've channeled my passion into Halzak Elevate Women in Tech, a recruitment company and community group focused on connecting diverse tech talent with inclusive companies and supporting women to enter and remain in the field.

Our motto "I can because, she did!" embodies what we're all about - empowering the next generation by highlighting trailblazing women already succeeding in tech. From our popular Elevate Women in Tech Podcast to the invaluable Job Board and Leadership Mentor Program, Halzak is paving the way for women to thrive in the tech world.

What I love most? Is the amazing supportive and driven community of women. It's incredible to witness them smashing barriers and bringing more diverse voices along on the journey.

Why tech? To put it simply, technology is our present and future. By ensuring a diverse range of perspectives are involved in creating the products and services shaping our world, we can build inclusive innovations that truly work for everyone. The tech field needs the creativity and brilliant minds that greater diversity brings to the table.
