I fell into tech by accident. I left a job as a people change manager and needed a new role to pay my bills. A friend suggested that I apply to manage developers and described the software development lifecycle to me in the pub. I googled the rest and got the job.

Little did I know that I would fall in love with the sector, the people, the ideas and the energy.
